Yes, we're still smoking. Matthew just increased the temperature in an effort to get this carnage over with. The meat, currently in the smoker at a 230 Fahrenheit, is only 125 Fahrenheit or so (too lazy to go check the temp).

The mood is good, but we're anxious to get the judging phase of the competition under way (plus, we're running out of beers to snag from the fridge).
