New Back Door

I started complaining about our back door about 2 months after we moved in to our house. We've lived here almost three years!!

The old door had single pain glass, the sketchiest locking system ever and a keyhole that you could feel cold air through in the winter. If it wasn't locked Maya could bust it open from the outside with one pump from her paw and send it slamming into the wall. It's best features were a doorbell that was a real bell and a string hanging from the inside door knob that must have held the skeleton key that once locked the door.

Our new door is fantastic! It has full glass (double pain), weather stripping to block the cold and hot air and a lock that does not require a PhD to operate.
