As expected, 1 hour 11 minutes into the smoke, Matthew "flipped the brisket", putting the fat trim on top to keep the brisket moist. Rockies are screwing it up, down 3-2 in the top of the fifth.
Maya is beyond excited -- she hasn't open her eyes since Lisa returned back to the house to eat.
